The Editorial Board
During more than fifteen years Terminal has been gathering computer
engineers and statisticians, sociologists and economists, union workers
representatives and practitionneers as well as concerned laymen in order
to inform people about the new information technologies, studying their
development, analysing their uses, reporting abuses and misuses,
announcing their potentials and risks.
Issued from the network of Terminal's authors, members of the Editorial
Bord are elected on the ground of their expertise in the targeted field, their
independance among the professional community and their commitment
and dedicated efforts to enlarge global thinkings and criticisms about the
cultural, social and economic impacts and the interests at stakes about the
NITs.
The responsibilty of the Editorial Board is to define the Terminal's editorial
policy, to designate referees for reviewing the submitted papers, and to
commission editorial managers in order to work out a plan for each
discussion topics. Referees are anonymous. Editorial managers are usually
appointed for a two years term (8 issues) but their mandate can be
renewed.
